What is an alpa senderid?

A senderid that uses letters 0-9 and a-Z with a maximum of 11 characters.
For example when using "BudgetSMS" as a senderid, receivers of that message will see that the message was sent by BudgetSMS. When using an alpha senderid, receivers are not able to reply to the messages.
